Delivery Policy 

Delivery Time Frame 

• Standard Shipping: Please allow 1-2 business days for orders to be processed. The estimated delivery time is 1-3 business days. 

Delivery Costs 

• Standard Shipping: Orders under 300 JD have a delivery cost of 3 JD, while orders over 300 JD receive free delivery.

Order Processing 

• Time Frame: Orders are processed and delivered 6 days a week (Saturday - Thursday), except on International Public Holidays.

Tracking 

• Tracking information is automatically sent to the email address you provide at checkout.

• Please check your spam folder if you do not receive the tracking information within 1-2 business days.

Lost or Damaged Items

Payment Methods

• CREDIT / DEBIT CARDS: We accept all VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Diners & Discover credit and debit cards.

• All your card payments are processed through military-grade encrypted and PCI compliant payment processors like 2Checkout, BlueSnap, and PayTabs. We do not store any of your credit card information.

• CASH ON DELIVERY: Customer makes the payment after the goods/services are received. The customer pays cash or makes the payment via debit/credit card directly to the delivery person.

• Cash on delivery is only available in Amman, Jordan.

• Please have the exact amount available for the courier, it will save you time.
